Winston Salem State University Rams Commons Dorm Renovations comprised of four, 4-story buildings, and one, 2 story clubhouse building. Constructed in the early 2000s, these brick exterior Dormitory buildings, houses students in a combination of 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites, with common facilities to include laundry, study and vending area. The Clubhouse hosts a recreation room, a large meeting space, computer rooms and offices.

Primary renovation were for upgrading the HVAC system, installation of a new fire alarm system, new flooring (carpet and lvt) and general interior painting throughout the entire facility.
