As the provider of General Contractor services for this project, Walter B. Davis Company primarily intended to modernize the dining service points to allow for the continued delivery of high volume food service while improving the customer experience. All building engineering systems – plumbing, fire protection, electrical and HVAC systems – were replaced. Construction was accomplished in several phases in order to maintain business as usual in the building year-round.
