We constructed a 15,000 SF, new industrial metal building with a split-level design that serves as the Lancaster County Water & Sewer District (“LCWSD”) Operations Center. This project included a two-story space for housing offices, conference room, and break room/kitchen on the upper level, with the lower floors housing staff shower rooms and supply storage for water/sewer.

The rear section of the facility is a two-story, vehicle service bay featuring structural steel support and garage type door access for each of the five bays. The entire building was covered with standing seam, gable end roof.
