Hearst Tower (now Truist Center) is a 970,000 SF office building developed by TKC in 2000. At 659 feet in height, it is the third largest building on the Charlotte, NC skyline. The structure sits on North Tryon Street – in the center of Uptown Charlotte – and is 32-stories resting on top of a 15 floor podium, giving the building a total of 47 stories.

Walter B. Davis Company executed office up-fits on seven separate floors over the course of 10 months completed in 2005.
