Gold Hill Pavilion is a 20,000 SF shopping center complex comprised of three buildings; an adjacent 1-story and 2-story retail space separated by ample parking, and a single story management building.

The first shopping/retail space building to be constructed at its current location, this brick finished, new ground-up project was completed in 2002 after 10 months of construction.
