Stanly Community College Trades facility in Albemarle, NC is a single-story metal building designed by ADW Architects featuring brick and aluminum framed glass storefronts on its southern face. This 36,000 SF building will house a mix of classrooms, staff offices and technical trades labs for HVAC, welding, PLC and machining to name a few.
Valued at approximately $11M, the project is estimated to commence June 2022 with a duration of fifteen (15) months with projected completion of August 2023.
